πWelcome
Welcome to our Structize AI documentation. We are so glad you are here!
1.1 - About Structize AI
Structize AI is an AI workflow platform that allows companies to easily automate tasks that are text-heavy. It allows you to unleash the power of Generative AI models like ChatGPT, Mistral AI and others (hereafter called: GenAI). It allows you to apply them on day-to-day taks that you'd like to automate.
Some examples of what our customers have achieve with the platform:
π Sentiment analysis of incoming E-mails based on the body of the E-mail text. Give your customers that need it the most, the care they deserve.
π·οΈ Labelling articles automatically on your website and storing the metadata for personalized search. Goodbye trawling 1,000s of articles you donβt care about!
π©π» Getting exact information out of a database of CVs, quotes, legal docs, so you can easily upload it into your system.
π²Automatically scrape a website of your competitor and receive price and products in a structured form.
π€ Finding leads on blogs where your ideal target customer hangs out regularly.
πͺοΈ We could even help you migrate from one system to another if the APIs would not map 1-to-1.
1.2 - β‘οΈ Struct (pl. Structz)
Structize AI makes it easy for business users to create so-called 'Structz'. A Struct consists out of 3 steps:
an Origin
an Instruction
a Destination
1.2.1. - π Origins
'Origins' come in different shapes and forms. They typically aren't formatted correctly to be accepted by Destinations (see further) of your Struct. Machine Learners would call this data unstructured as the datapoints are not categorised or summarised in an easy-to-read table. Software systems need structured data in an easy-to-read table and ideally formatted correctly. Origins most of the time don't have this. This is the objective of the Struct to help you with!
Example of Origins formats: .pdfs, .docx, .pptx, HTML (websites), copied plain text, E-mails, ... etc.
The Structize AI platform supports plenty of files and systems out of the box as Origins. If you are unsure if we support a certain format, send a request to support@structize.com
1.2.2. - π« Instruction
'Instructions' are the directions that you give on the 'Origin' in order for it to transform so it can easily be consumed by the 'Destination'. This is the magic you perform in the Struct. You can choose from a wide choice of 'Instructions'. For those that are familiar with Macros in MS Office 365, this is the same concept. Each time you add an Origin, you will automatically give an instruction. This instruction or a series of instructions will transform the data so it can easily be consumed by the Destination.
Example of Instructions: Summarize, Sentiment Analysis, Label, Extract entities, ...
1.2.3. - β³οΈ Destination
'Destinations' are where you want your Struct to deliver the result of its 'Instruction(s)'. This can be one of the many integrations the Structize AI platform offers or can also be a particular format like: .xslx, .csv, JSON or just an array of plain text.
We wish you happy conSTRUCTing with our platform! π·ββοΈπ·πΏπ·πΌββοΈ
